About the Position: This is an Administrative Support Assistant, GS-0303-07 position with USACE, Southwestern Division (SWD), Fort Worth District, Real Estate Division in Fort Worth, TX. Duties
Provide administrative support coordinating clerical and day-to-day administrative support activities that are typically required to accomplish the work of the organization.
Prepares travel and training requests in the Corps of Engineers Financial Management System (CEFMS).
Review training requests to ensure that the requests are in accordance with Individual Development Plans (IDP's) of the employees.
Assure that property is acquired, used and disposed in accordance with guidance and regulation.
