Summary
You will serve as an Administrative/Technical Specialist in the Emergency Management and Special Programs Branch of the Security Office Division of the Corporate Operations Department of NSWC PHILA DIV. This position is equivalent to the GS-9/10 level.
Duties
You will develop, test, procure, field, and sustain cryptographic solutions to secure Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division's (NSWCPDs) network.
You will be responsible for management oversight of the overall program including Key Management Infrastructure.
You will provide the commanding officer with information regarding new or revised Electronic Key Management System/Key Management Infrastructure (EKMS/KMI) policies and procedures and identify their impact on the mission.
You will develop, monitor, coordinate, process, control, transmit, and safeguard specialized communications security information.
You will perform careful analysis of intelligence and related information to assess vulnerabilities and to design, implement, and evaluate security plans.
Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: Successful completion of a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree OR Successful completion of three full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree OR Successful completion of an LL.M., if related, A transcript must be submitted with your application if qualifying using education.
