The primary purpose of this position is to exercise second level supervisory and managerial authorities the Asset Accountability Element in the Civil Engineer Squadron, responsible for the oversight of inspection programs, real property assets, financial management, force management, and information technology.
Duties
Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of 99th Civil Engineering Squadron's Asset Accountability Element. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Represents the 99th Civil Engineering Squadron with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Communicates and coordinates Asset Accountability Element issues with higher headquarters, regulatory agencies, other installation units, and other local officials, etc. Directs the development and execution of the Asset Accountability Element budget, and preparation of Planning, Programming, and Budgeting System (PPBS) documentation in support of element planning. Complies with health, safety, environmental results and procedures, and performs work in a manner that enhances the safety of the work environment.
