Summary
This position is located at Bureau of the Fiscal Service, Agency Compliance and Engagement Division. As a Business Systems Analyst (Product Owner), you will be providing oversight of and manage a multidisciplinary team following the principles of Agile and Human-Centered Design to develop authoritative data standards, manage data collection infrastructure, and develop user-centric websites or products.
Duties
As a Business Systems Analyst (Product Owner), you will: Lead, coordinate, and deliver enterprise data products and services that advance the Fiscal Service mission and uphold federal financial integrity. Oversee multidisciplinary teams and contractor resources to implement data driven systems, analytics capabilities, and user centric digital solutions that support accurate, accessible, and authoritative financial information across government. Shape product vision, direct development and maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with federal payment integrity, data and transparency policies, and enabling the reliable and secure collection, management, and presentation of financial data used by federal and federally funded state-administered programs, policymakers, taxpayers, Fiscal Service leadership, and other stakeholders. Support enterprise-wide efforts to strengthen data quality, promote transparency, and protect the integrity of federal financial transactions and information.
