Summary
You will serve as a COMBINED TRADES SUPERVISOR II in the PRODUCTION RESOURCES DEPARTMENT (CODE 900) of PORTSMOUTH NAVAL SHIPYARD.
Duties
You will serve as the final on-site authority for resolving complex technical problems and integration conflicts.
You will exercise second-level, delegated authority for all personnel and administrative functions.
You will provide authoritative information and advice to higher-level supervisors and management officials on the feasibility of work assignments, workload data, and budget estimates.
You will maintain balanced workloads by directing the shifting of assignments and resources between subordinates.
