About the Position: This is an Engineering Technician (Civil) GS-0802-11 position for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Southwestern Division, Tulsa District, Sallisaw, Oklahoma.
Duties
Performs maintenance and construction work of a technical nature required at multiple operationalCorps of Engineers facilities including planning, coordinating, inspecting, and supervising work of contractors.
Selectee collects data and prepares sketches or other design criteria to define work function for engineering personnel who are developing required plans and specifications
Serves as an Area Office Project representative for Asset Management initiatives by directly supporting the field and being the liaison between the Maintenance Control Specialists/District Asset Managers and the field personnel.
Provides input on program needs for inclusion in budget cycle.
