THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a HR SPEC (MILITARY) TITLE 32 PERMANENT, Position Description Number D1118P00 and is part of the NH ARNG Recruiting, National Guard. This vacancy is to gather applications that may or may not result in a referral or selection.
Duties
The purpose of the position is to serve as program support to the Army Medical Department (AMEDD) Strength Manager. The mission is to adhere to the three tenets of the Strength Maintenance Program: recruitment, retention, and attrition of all Health Care, Chaplain, and Staff Judge Advocate (SJA) professionals within the state.
Education
Enlisted: Must have a high school diploma or a general education development (GED) diploma. An undergraduate degree from an accredited college/university is optimum. Warrant Officers: Must have a high school diploma or general education development (GED) diploma. An undergraduate degree from an accredited college/university is optimum. Officers: For Army National Guard Second and First Lieutenants must be actively pursuing an undergraduate degree with at least 90 validated credit hours in a specified program. For Captains and above, must have an undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university. You must provide transcripts or other documentation to support your Educational claims. To receive credit for Education, you must provide documentation of proof that you meet the Education requirements for this position.
