Summary
This position is located in the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Center for Consumer Information and Insurance Oversight (CCIIO), Marketplace Innovation and Technology Group (MITG). As an IT Specialist (SYSANALYSIS), GS-2210-13, you will provide high-level technical expertise to analyze options and develop the design for cloud-based platforms, systems, and solutions.
Duties
Monitor, plan, develop, and implement complex projects, studies, and analyses assigned to personnel in the unit.
Plan the overall workload distribution, setting priorities, and preparing a schedule of time frames for completion.
Provide technical consultation and assistance to CMS components and other stakeholders.
Plan and implement tactical and strategic software development projects that will lead to improved program efficiencies.
Provide analytical support for non-routine management studies and fact-finding reviews to various business, technical, and architectural standards boards within CCIIO.
