Summary
You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Corporate Operations Division of SOUTHWEST REGIONAL MAINTENANCE CENTER.
Duties
You will assist the Administrative Support Branch Head in the research and evaluation necessary to execute special division projects.
You will develop, evaluate and advise on improving the effectiveness of the administrative support procedures and programmatic aspects of agency operations and management.
You will identify and resolve problems associated with the administrative branch's mission.
You will prepare written reports, charts, graphs and spreadsheets to process for military and civilian administration and brief supervisors and managers.
You will provide advice, guidance and assistance to programs in the uniform interpretation of directives and guidelines regarding DoD and DoN policies in support of military and civilian personnel.
You will establish criteria to measure and/or predict the attainment of program or organizational goals and objectives.
Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: Successful completion of a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree. OR Successful completion of three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent degree. OR Successful completion of an LL.M. degree that is related to the position being filled. OR A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience. A transcript must be submitted with your application if qualifying using education.
