Duties

Provide execution and reporting analysis along with expert technical assistance on matters pertaining to all aspects of Information Technology (IT) fiscal planning, programming, and program/performance budgeting actions.

Provide fiscal execution and serve as the J6 financial subject matter expert IAW financial policies and procedures, validate and certify funds availability...

..., prepare and/or process documentation based on approved financial plan(s), and complete routine financial reconciliations.

Serve as expert planner, analyst, and advisor to agency management on program cost analysis, annual/multi- year and long-range fiscal/program planning, and/or commercial issues for key agency programs.

Develop financial strategies related to J6 resourcing requirements throughout the PBR and future year Defense Plan cycles.

Assist ESA Director in presenting, briefing and defending PBR requirements to J6 Senior Leaders and when approved, incorporate budget data into formal exhibits.

Design and conduct complicated studies and research projects designed to evaluate program effectiveness and compliance with agency rules and regulations of business/fiscal management functions performed throughout the J6 organization.

Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
