Duties

As a Management and Program Analyst,0343-13, you will be responsible for: Develops procedures and systems for assessing the effectiveness of programs and/or management processes. Evaluates and advises on organization structures, methods, and procedures. Analyzes and evaluates on a quantitative and qualitative basis the effectiveness of line program operations in meeting established goals and objectives. Analyzes management information requirements. Communicate effectively verbally and in writing with tact, specificity, and clarity.
