Summary

You will serve as a OPERATIONS ANALYST (FOREIGN DISCLOSURE) in the FOREIGN DISCLOSURE OFFICE, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR of COMMANDER, US PACIFIC FLEET.

Duties

You will administer programs in accordance with applicable regulations, statutes, policies, and procedures in response to command unique problems and conditions.

You will present formal and informal presentations pertaining to operational information sharing issues.

You will provide a broad range of guidance to staff managers and supervisors on reliability of information and optimal sharing strategy.

You will provide advice and assistance to senior leadership regarding need and feasibility of disclosure.

You will be responsible for maintaining subject matter expertise on foreign disclosure policies pertaining to all categories of classified military information (CMI) and national intelligence.

You will ensure that any release of information is in accordance with all appropriate disclosure policies, procedures and COMPACFLT strategic goals.

You will plan and coordinate information sharing activities, resolving conflicts, and interpreting existing policy to make technical or operational decisions necessary to process all-source materials.

You will manage the administrative aspects of the contact officer program and will brief prospective contact officers on their responsibilities and assist them in navigating administrative processes.
