Summary
You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Execution Oversight and Reporting Group of the Deputy for Program Integration, within the office of the Deputy Chief of Naval Operations (Information Warfare) for IMMEDIATE OFC OF CHIEF OF NVL OPS.
Duties
You will conduct centralized financial management of the Navy Information Warfare by developing and implementing required financial management processes.
You will Identify to the Branch Head solutions to any impediments to effective and efficient execution of the Information Warfare resources.
You will provide analysis of all appropriation category obligations and expenditures related to Enterprise investments with regard to established benchmarks and provide recommendations on courses of action to address identified discrepancies.
You will coordinate with Enterprise Budget Submitting Office (BSO) staff to provide financial analysis, metrics, and reporting what quantifies execution performance related to established goals and objectives.
