Summary

About the Position: The Program Analyst (Medical Expense and Performance Reporting System provides support to 316th Medical Group in Andrews, MD, helping ensure consistent, high-quality patient care and facility operations. This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.

Duties

Serves as the primary Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) Program Manager for MEPRS (Medical Expense and Performance Reporting System) and DMHRSi (Defense Medical Human Resources System – Internet ) programs.

Oversees DMHRSi implementation and sustainment issues and local business processes.

Using Military Health Systems (MHS) systems complete data entry, extracts and reports as needed. Skilled in building and utilizing matrixed databases (e.g., import/export capabilities within all related and necessary data systems and repositories).

Develops and updates processes to comply with Joint Commission accreditation standards for MEPRS.

Conducts audits/reconciliation at different levels of the MEPRS Program.

Provides training for all levels of facility staff concerning MEPRS/DMHRSi implementation, utilization and completing time reporting requirements in relation to each program.
