Summary
You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the New Construction CVN Program Office (PMS 378) in DPAE Maritime for AIRCRAFT CARRIERS.
Duties
You will have knowledge of DOD/Navy major acquisition policies, practices and processes.
You will have the ability to identify and resolve highly complex problems and issues that cut across organizational boundaries, and implement strategic plans.
You will have the ability to assess strategic direction for resolution of mission critical issues, policies, and procedures.
You will have experience in managing risks associated with program/project management.
You will have expert knowledge of evaluative and analytical techniques to analyze program requirements and develop and recommend strategies for execution.
You will have expert knowledge in conducting studies, analyzing findings and making recommendations on substantive operating programs.
