Duties

You will work with stakeholders in the development, integration and approval of Acquisition Program Schedule, Master Program Plan, PAPM Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and CPS Baseline Forecast Schedule.

You will develop and directs programmatic execution strategies for the Conventional Prompt Strike Master Program Plan and the IMS Management Program to streamline and establish clear program objectives for strategic mission requirements.

You will apply NIST Risk Management Framework principles, Data Analysis and Risk Reporting, Internal Controls and Audit Readiness, Data Analysis and Risk Reporting, and Cross-functional change management and/or process improvement.

You will conduct situational analyses to evaluate program effectiveness and provide risk informed policy recommendations to senior leadership across CPS and SSP.

You will serve as a primary liaison to leadership and external partners, providing technical input for contract structure and requirements, performing technical evaluations of proposals, and supporting the contracting team during negotiations.

You will lead the development of a PowerBI dashboard that visualizes Schedule, Risks and audit activities and assess both operational and transformational performance of CPS and the Army’s efforts and risk mitigation strategies.
