Summary
About the Position: Oversees the planning, budgeting, and tracking of a diverse portfolio of public infrastructure and environmental restoration projects under civil works and Coastal Wetlands Planning, Protection and Restoration Act. This role coordinates funding, schedules, and financial reporting across federal and state partners to help ensure projects stay on track, comply with requirements, and support organizational goals.
Duties
Manage budget development, defense, and execution activities for complex, Civil Works programs across multiple appropriations.
Monitor project funding, budgets, schedules, and financial performance to ensure effective program execution and compliance with funding requirements.
Coordinate with federal, state, and internal partners to resolve budget issues and support project planning and execution.
Analyze financial and program data to develop budget recommendations and advise leadership on funding and program status.
Prepare and present budget and financial information to senior leaders and representatives from federal and state agencies.
Ensure compliance with applicable financial policies, regulations, and program requirements while overseeing multiple funding sources and project authorizations.
