The primary purpose of this position is a formal career broadening position, centrally funded and managed by the Air Force Personnel Center, Directorate of Civilian Talent Readiness, AFPC/DPZ, and administered by the Operations Career Field Team, AFPC/DPZCS.
Duties
1. Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of Operations Career Program, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. 2. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. 3. Represents the Directorate and promotes civilian career management goals at Policy Council meetings and other formal panel or committee meetings. 4. Develops methods and philosophy for promoting management advisory services. 5. Markets and advocates civilian career management.
Education
