Duties

If selected for this position, you will join a well-respected team that is responsible for supervising a diverse workforce where typical work assignments will include wide variety of managerial, legal, administrative and technical support. Typical work assignments will include: Serve as the Deputy Supervisor of the Criminal Division's legal support staff, working with the supervisory Legal Administrative Specialist to provide first level supervisory duties. Plan and organize work projects and assignments to be accomplished by subordinates. Assess, monitor, and alter the work load of each member of the legal support staff based on potential or need. Identify the developmental and training needs of staff. Perform legal research and writing in support of criminal case work. Responsibilities will increase and assignments will become more complex as your training and experience progress.

Education

All academic degrees and coursework must be completed at a college or university that has obtained accreditation or pre-accreditation status from an accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
