Summary
The primary purpose of this position is: To provide information & advice to military & civilian personnel regarding their entitlements for shipment & storage of personal property (e.g., household goods, unaccompanied baggage, privately owned vehicles, & special items such as mobile homes & large boats). Duties
Counsels all authorized military and civilian employees of their entitlements for shipment and storage of personal property and privately owned vehicles, including specialized items, to domestic and overseas locations. Prepares and processes applications for transportation or storage of a wide range of personal property, and privately owned vehicles, including special items, of authorized civilian and military members. Plans and processes PPM incentive moves for payment through the local Finance office. Performs other clerical and administrative tasks in support of the transportation work.
