Duties
Develop, analyze, and modify theater-wide logistical policies affecting all military activities in the European and African Theaters.
Coordinate with Combatant Command (CCMD) planners and external agencies to resolve complex, sensitive supply issues and enhance combat readiness.
Commit resources and resolve critical conflicts to meet exceptional requirements and emergency conditions under minimal guidance.
Evaluate program effectiveness and compliance with laws and regulations by analyzing statistical trends and projected customer requirements.
Lead special project teams, assigning functional tasks, setting objectives, and providing technical guidance to resolve systemic deficiencies.
Represent DLA interests and brief senior leadership on program accomplishments, critical performance areas, and strategic solutions.
Serve as the technical representative for key DoD and DLA supply systems, including FEDMALL, FEDLOG, WebFLIS, and WebVLIPS.
Education
Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
